"I recently purchased this tent via REI (sale price 149). So far have used it 2 nights and I'm pretty happy with it. Roomy enough for me and my gear, but would be a very tight fit for 2 people. My only complaint is the vestibule is a bit small, offering little room to cook in the rain. All in all a good deal for a tent."

"this tent is one of the best pieces of gear that i have. lightweight although not the lightest in the industry, but for the money it is a giant leap above the department store tents. i live in wisconsin, where it is very cold in the winter and hot and humid in the summer months. this tent was not designed for winter use but i have used it quite a bit with mixed results. you must leave the door vent open to let the water vapor escape or it will be frosty in the morning. with the full rain fly it does stay pretty warm inside. in january of 2004 i used this tent on the ice age glacial trial in northern wisconsin. it was windy and cold. the temp was around -5 at night and the wind was blowing at 5-10. the tent blocked the wind and kept me warm. other than a little condensation on the inside i was very happy with the preformance of this tent. look around and find one for cheap and you will not be dissapointed.
pros: cost/weight effective, highly waterproof, easy set up, good brand name with lifetime warranty cons: somewhat difficult to get in and out, small size for 2 larger adults"
