"Awesome pack with many features to customize yourself. I bought it then before it came in the mail I read a bad review. But this one has been updated and couldn't be better. Almost 5000 cubic inches, and at 4 lbs thats good. Load lifters and stabilizers. A great pack under the "Enlighten Series" on www.kelty.com"

"I carried this pack 90 miles over the toughest section of the PCT last Summer. We were out for 8 days so I started with a heavy load 45 lbs and the Flight held up fine to that weight. Towards the end of the journey I was down to 24 lbs.
I can't complain about anything on this pack. It's very versitile, you can strip it down to a main bag with no frame and shoulder straps only. Or your can build it up for heaver loads. Good for weekend and week long trips."

"I like this pack. It has a multitude of features and flexibility plus a very nice suspension system. However, as a lightweight pack it leaves some to be desired. Even though one can strip most of the features off, you are left with reinforcements, straps and attachment areas that aren't needed and add weight. The lightweight waist band doesn't fit the existing attachements and so is virtually useless. The Flight's minimum useful weight for me was still almost 4#, and since I already have 2 packs in that weight range, I elected not to keep it."
