"Been camping/hiking for 45 years and this is one of the best little tents I have ever seen. Great design, quite light and roomy. Packs up very small. Dry as a bone in the most foul of weather, rain and wind, cold and even snow.
Great ventilation when needed. You can fold back or remove the fly and have screens all around. great in the hot weather.
Two doors is a great feature and pretty good size vestibules for a small tent. You can gets lots of gear and even a small pack protected and accessable from inside and out.
Not necessarily the best construction. Easy to set up but hard to get it nice and tight. Zipper on fly broke after a few years but I fixed it quite successfully with velcro strips. I could buy a new fly but it would be $40+ shipping
I only paid 60 bucks at a Coleman outlet store, I couldn't replace it for $200.
Best value immaginable and I have owned A-LOT of camping equiptment.
Not really a two person tent by my standards (and I'm not large) but I've never seen a tent that could confortably sleep what the manufacturer claimed.
I'd take this tent anywhere, damn shame they don't make it any more nor does any one else make anything comparable at any price.
Only real negative is that the foot can sag allowing condensation to hit your sleeping bag, Easily cured by proping it up with a small stick. I guess they fixed that in later (more heavy) models."
