"I have used this lantern only once, but my brother inlaw has had it for a few years and it works great. Myself and my brother bought one because we have seen it in action. It burns for about 6 hrs. when full. All three of also have the stove that use the powermax fuel. None of us have any complaints with it nor have we had any problems "

"I have used this lantern on three trips. It gives good light up close. If you are using some of the other porducts that use PowerMax fuel it is worth the price. It packs well and only weighs 11 ozs. Some of the newer battery lamps might be a better option."

"This lightweight lantern runs on Coleman's PowerMax fuel. It's self-contained fuel tank refilled easily with the PowerMax canister (same one used for their stoves). I used to use a candle latern - but the slightly larger size and weight of this lantern is well worth the light that it puts out. Hanging in the middle of a 3-person tent, I had enough light to comfortably read by, and enough light to see how badly my 7-yr old was beating me at cards. I have only used it on one trip, but so far it has met all expectations. I'll give an update at the end of the summer."
