"I bought a Coleman sleeping pad and it broke the first night I used it. One of the gromits popped out. Sheesh!"

"I took a Coleman pad to the Smokys, big mistake. 1st night leak developed, patched leak, but because of the roughness of outer cover still seeped air, (2nd) night went flat, repatched 3rd night blew a grommet, patched that, (still slow seepage) had to reinflate about every 3 hours, 4th night blew another grommet. Basicly not worth even considering."

"We bought two for car camping but we are taking them back before using them. We inflated them on our living room floor and they are ridiculous. Nothing like a Thermarest, these 'self-inflating mats' are like a thin foam mattress covered with a thin air mattress. Yuck."
