"My girlfriend bought this tent on 2001 (a 2001 model) and we've used it a decent number of times. For me, a 6'5" 235lb guy, I found the dimensions to be very comfortable... a wonderful suprise! There is even room for your gear. Set-up was simple, no instuctions are needed after the first set-up. It wouldn't fit my 2 brothers and I with much elbow room, but it would do for 3 "normal" sized people. Dealt with rain like a champ. Seems to be well built and will last a good long time of you take care of it."

"I have owned the 2001 model and it is THE BEST backpacking tent I've owned. I am 6 foot 6 and theres plenty of room for me, my girlfriend, dog and gear! Have used it in high winds, rain and even snow. Even after a few years, it's like it's brand new. No issues with zippers, mosquito screen, etc.. Just one hell of a nice tent. And small too as far as packing. Easy to set up also - even when dark and being drunk!! If I had a third thumb, they'd all be way up!!!"

"Love this tent. We got it for family backpacking trips, 2 tall adults, a child, and 2 labradors. It has a rectangular floor that fits well in limited spaces, vertical walls to make the best use of the floor space, and it's very waterproof in heavy rain. Good ventilation too. Weighs about 8 lb."
