"I just returned from a five week trip to Alaska with my Timberline4 which has already been on many Allagash trips with me. The tent is over ten years old and has seen plenty of use,but it still works perfectly!! I also own a Timberline2 and a Timberlite2 and have found them of equal quality. "Great tents for the money.""

"This tent is is big and great for scouting. the design
is big enough for 5 boys or 4 boys with gear. the best thing about it is the weather it can live through. i was in the middle of a potential flood and emerged from the tent with 4 other people smiling."

"Somewhat heavy at 9 lbs but I usually split up tent gear (tent, fly, poles) among the hiking group to share the load. Great size for 3. Spacious for 2 even with all the gear inside. Only slept 4 in it once when the Guyout Shelter ran out of tent platforms. Not a very comfortable night that night. Very weather strong tent and easy to set up. No staking required unless rain is expected to pull out fly a bit.
My TL-4 is over 20 years old and still going strong."
