"This is a great idea for a jacket - polarguard fill for those who are concerned about dampness. The only problem (besides the price) I've found is the jacket is cut to fit a slim build. Even the XL size is uncomfortable for me with anything more than a shirt underneath. Most other mftrs XL jackets (down filled) fit well with a fleece layer underneath. If Mtn Hdwr enlarges it, I'd be the first in line to buy one!"

"I love the polarguard 3D insulation. Its light and very toasty. It is priced than similar down filled jackets. My only complaint is I wish the fabric shell was waterproof instead of resistant, but a simple shell will fix that. The fit is good, not bulky or noisy. I love it."
