"On the trail its your best friend. It is tiny and light. But I don not reccomend this thermarest. It does not provide a sufficent amount of padding. I highly reccomend the standard. My friend had a standard and sleeping on it for one night you can totally feel the difference. If you get a standard 3/4 it bearly more weight and size. I think thats the way to go."
