"I've got a Summit bag rated to -20 and have used it close to that temp without dying. I'm 6'0" 200 lbs and there is enough room. However if I had a dollar for everytime I've zipped the sleeping bag up into the zipper I could buy a better bag. PS, you better have a compression sack."
