It has features (rainfly, detachable daypack, ripstop, etc.)that can only be found on most bags three times the price. I have taken this bag on five weeklong trips since purchasing it, and its 5,500 cubic inches is plenty for essentials and a few luxuries. I will use this bag until it falls from my back. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that Cabela's is producing this bag anymore. A real shame, because this truly is a bag that satisfies the needs of a rugged backpacker."
