"Easily packable, extremely comfortable, suspension and back-of-the-head indentation in pack make upward viewing easy, versatile functions"

"Large capacity pack with a very comfortable suspension system at a decent price. This pack is also easy to load(panel and top access, as well as a sleeping back compartment) and lash equipment to. Two thumbs up!"

"This pack is large, convenient, and affordable. The top-loading and panel-loading make it easy to get to anything. It is non-resticting and very comfortable. Highly recommended."

"I like this pack a lot. It has both top loading and the zipper access. It was confortable and roomy. I'm not sure how it does in the rain so I did buy a rain cover for it but I have not had to use it yet."

"I have the badlands 75 and this is just a great pack. it is my 2nd pack. When i bought it over winter i tested it on a tredmill and knew it was going to be a good pack. Recently i went to the adirondacks and backpacked for 4 days. on this hike we hiked most of the great range which was a difficult hike on day 2. This covered hiking up and down 5 mountains with a fully packed pack in one day. the pack was very confortable and had great balance while using all 4's hiking up and down the rocky terain with a fully packed pack. Later this summer i plan on backpacking in rockey mountain national park with this pack for 3 days and i look very forward to it along with the many other journeys that this pack will accompany me on in the years to come. All and all this pack is a must buy if you are in the market for a pack. Not only is it a great pack it is also a reasonable price at about $200"

"I have a badlands 60, which to date has suited my needs very well. I spent 7 days in the Shenandoah Valley this summer, and did a couple of overnights with this pack. It is very comfortable to use for backpacking and travel on planes within the states for 4-5 days if you pack light. I do regret not having the side zipper, but it just means that I have to pack important items up top. I definitely would recommend this pack for the comfort and price."
