"This is an excellent tent for the money- we paid under $55 for ours. We are occasional tenters- only when we are traveling too far to tow our travel trailer. We used this tent over a 4 night, 5 day stay at a campground. Prior to leaving we set up the tent and put seam sealant on the seams *AND* sprayed both the tent and the fly with a water repellant spray. We had no problems with the zippers, with set up(the instructions were pretty straight forward) or with taking the tent down. What we did have a problem with was the design of the tent itself- the top is all screen and the fly does not come down enough to prevent rain from coming in. We experienced a driving rain that gave us some puddles inside the tent. There were no leaks on the seams, doors or windows, only above the door where the fly doesn't cover the top screen enough. We plan on getting some clear plastic sewn in by a friend who does industrial sewing and hope this prevents the problem in the future.
Pros: easy set up, easy break down, light weight, roomy for two adults and one child. We had a twin air mattress and a queen air mattress in there with room for us as well.
Cons: fly design allows driving rain inside the tent.
Bottom line: great for occasional camping in good weather. Not really for someone who camps regardless of the weather. Probably wouldn't sleep more than 4 comfortably."
