"Where used: Dolly Sods,WV, Big South Fork,Tn, Beaver Creek Wilderness,Ky, Charles Deem Wilderness,Ind. Weather/ Seasons: 25-68 degrees (@ night), clear/cold, cool/damp to warm/rainy. Used from mid-March thru October under the stars and a tarp. PROS: Durable & well made. Light weight (31 oz.) and packs small. 2-pole design keeps sack/netting off my face and allows adjustment for varying conditions. Netting keeps bugs out. Straps keep pad in place. It kept me & my bag dry & comfy when used under the stars in a rain shower. You can leave poles and/or netting at home. It has sufficient room for wearing extra layers while sleeping in a 4 lb. lite-loft mummy bag. I didn't feel restricted when rolling over. There is some room for limited stretching out. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs. CONS: A bit tight for changing clothes. It takes awhile to get poles pushed thru sleeves. Poles are different lengths, so you have to mark poles for proper sleeve for quicker setup. Opening is at top, so care is needed when entering sack to keep leaves and stuff out. You will probably want to use a ground sheet. I stongly suggest setting it up at home several times to get familar with that and how the zippers and pole adjutsments work. I haven't tried to sleep with any gear other than a Mini-Mag and water bottle, so I can't say if there is room for boots or other gear. Bivy was used with 20" X 72" X 1" or 1.5" Therm-a-Rest pads and several types of syn-fill bags ranging in weight from 2.5 to 4 lbs."
