I am male, 5'10" and 175 pounds of an average athletic build.
I had my first opportunity to utilize this bag on a cold weather trip this past weekend in Middle Georgia. It was reported that the temperature reached a low of 35 degrees (F), with no percipitation and "average" humidity for region.
Overall, I was pleased with the comfort of the bag. I fit well inside the bag, snug at the shoulders, legs and in the overall length.
I used my military issue poncho as a bivy, sleeping with no tent. This was sufficient to keep me warm, having cinched the opening fully. This created a problem for me breathing. Fully cinched, the opening was about the size of an American half-dollar. Air flow was minimal and the bag does not breath terribly well. This was resolved better positioning in the bag.
Compressed, the bag is incredibly small and light. If you need a mild to cold weather bag, this is definitely one of the best. It's amazing that they haven't caught on better here in the states."
