Moonstone Momentum Parka Review

"This is a great 3-ply Gore-Tex Jacket. I mostly wear it around town and to and from class, but it's as dependable as can be. It's kept me dry for over a year now. I really like the way the hood moves with your head, thanks to the drawstring in the back. I wish it packed smaller for when it just sits in the pack, but I'm glad it's tough as it is when I need it. You can't beat it as a shell in a strong wind. And it's flexible enough to lead in. I also wish it had loops in the cuffs to hold the sleeves of your fleece layer in place underneath it. It has great ventilation from the really long pit zips and the two outside pockets. And it's cut long in the back to stay under a pack strap and to keep it from riding up when sitting. A bombproof piece of gear."

"Have the jacket for 3 years with use mostly dayhikes in varied conditions. Also used a lot for trail running. Breathable and waterproof and light. No wear down here."
