This is a very heavily used trail that leads to the top of Seneca Rocks. The distance to the top is 1.5 miles and climbs about 1000 feet. The hike is a fairly modest 8-10% grade the entire way, as it switches back up the mountain. There are outstanding views from an observation platform just shy of the rocky summit. The actual summit is a fun and not-too-treacherous rock scramble, but one must be very careful. You don't want to fall here. The views at the top are incredible. The only bad thing about the trail is the large number of people on it. This is also a very popular rock climbing destination.
