This is a rather difficult trail through a heavly wooded area. There are three disignated campsites along the trail. The campsites are clean are rather nice, although they are a fair distance off the main trail. Camp two is a long way off the trail. Water is in the area of each camp but can be a prett long hual. From camp two the water is about a mile away in one direction. There are many stream and creek crossings which would make this a very difficult if not impossible trail in the spring and in very wet weather. The trail is very physically demanding with almost constant ups and downs, with very few switchbacks, along some pretty steep grades. There is very little leve terrain along this trail! All of the trail is heavly wooded so you do not have nice views as a reward for humping up the steep hills. Because of the steep uphillls and downhills again in wet weather this would be very difficult if not impossible! This is not a trail for the person looking for a nice stroll through the woods.
