The Rocky Point Trail starts and ends at the Plum Point Recreation Area on north Enid Lake. Don’t let this fool you. It is not a completely linear trail as it does have several loops. It also isn’t well marked. You basically walk parallel to the shoreline but it does pass through some hollows in its eight mile round trip. Keep in mind that it is open to everything but cars and trucks. When I hiked it I saw no horses, bikes, or ATVs. There are a lot of ups and downs and this is a good place to get in shape for longer hikes in more rugged areas. There are also a lot of old side roads and trails to explore. While you are in the area check out the Beech Hollow Nature Trail.
