This short but strenuous trail begins at the end of Tunnel Ridge Rd. It is an up and down hike through a canopy of Rhododendron. The trail itself isn't the best but Courthouse Rock is awesome. As you near Courthouse rock it will be to your left. The trail leads up to some stairs which if taken will lead you to a small overlook. Once on the overlook you can see to one side of you, about 70 yards away, another overlook. I would advise you to climb this because the view is much better. The climb is very dangerous as you must go up a small crevice in the rock. A fall from here is straight down so be very careful. About 12 feet up the crevice is a rope. Beyond the rope is easy sailing to the top and sooo worth the climb. The view is spectacular! I'm not sure if this is Courthouse Rock but it should be.
