Description
This is my favorite weekend hike in Yosemite. The loop trail gains about 1500 feet on the way to the lakes where you can find lots of great camping sites and an amazing view of Cathedral peak. I would advise against going there in summer months (June-August), as the trail gets overcrowded.

Directions to Hike
From SF, take HWY 580 east and then HWY 120 into Yosemite. Park at the Tuolumne Meadows.
