Kerosene, 10/20/06User Rating:  "Basic lean-to with 3 tent pads plus a large group tent pad next to roaring Eliza Brook. In the Fall of 2006, a lot of the woods in the near vicinity of the shelter had been roped off to allow the foliage to recover from overuse. The location next to the brook makes for a nice environment and is pretty remote (7 miles from Kinsman Notch and about the same from Franconia Notch on very difficult trails)."
