"Stayed in this shelter on October 8th. It was clean and very well kept. A nice shelter with a loft and a rock retaining wall/bench. There is a fire ring and picnic bench The spring is .25 miles away. The privy was nice as privies go. The only distraction is it is near MD 17, and you can hear the road all night."

"I stopped here for a break before being picked up after a hike, and I was amazed at how well kept and beautiful this shelter was. This shelter has everything! It comes all inclusive with two levels, a privy, picnic table, firepit and stream! I highly recommend stopping by here if you're on the section of trail between Devils Racecourse Shelter and Annapolis Rocks! The road is a slight distraction, but the safety and cleaniless of the shelter I think would keep you at ease all night."
